Jason Yeo
Founder / Chairman
Mr. Yeo has over 25 years of business experience, a solid track record at identifying and investing in innovative technology projects with enormous commercial potential. Mr. Yeo founded JCS in 1990 and led JCS to be a multinational group company with growing businesses in various deep-tech industries. Mr Yeo holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic and an MBA from National University of Singapore and an MBA from Tsinghua University.
Chik Wai Chiew
Co-Founder / Director
Mr Chik Wai Chiew has over 20 years of experience in private and public equity investments, strategy and business development with global companies and organizations. Mr Chik was previously Partner at Tembusu Partners, Chief Representative and General Manager of Temasek’s Shanghai office leading investments, portfolio management and strategic relations in China. Mr Chik holds a BA in Economics from Cambridge University, MA from Yale University, and EMBA (conducted in Mandarin) from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.
Margaret Jiang
Director
Ms Margaret Jiang has almost 20 years of experience in corporate finance, marketing strategies and HR management in various international organizations. She holds a EMBA from the National University of Singapore, MBA from Wuhan University of Technology, B.A from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, majoring in Civil and Commercial Law. She achieved Chinese enterprise legal consultant certification in 2000.

Edwin Nijhof
Chief Technology Officer
For the past 25 years in his career, Mr Nijhof has worked in several Asian countries for many different MNCs and has a multitude of experiences in technological development and regional operations. Mr Nijhof started at JCS Technologies in 2012 and successfully designed, manufactured, installed new Diamond Powder Coating Systems and grew JCS Technologies from a project to a venture company with fast growing revenue with a lean operation team.
Tiffany Kuek
Advisor
Ms. Kuek has years of hands-one experience in the alternative investments industry and is familiar with the entire investment cycle. She was with Tembusu Partners, a Singapore-based private equity fund manager with S$300m AUM. She holds Bachelor degree in Finance from Singapore Management University.
